Men's Basketball
The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Jan. 31-Feb. 6) is basketball player Ricardo Alliman. The 6-7 senior center from Kingston, Jamaica was the leading scorer and rebounder in all three outings for the Yellow Jackets last week. He hit for 16 points, 19 rebounds in an AMC win at Wilberforce, scored 19 points with 14 boards in a loss at NCAA II Urbana and closed out the week with 25 points and 15 rebounds in a key 92-18 AMC decision over visiting Notre Dame OH. Cedarville, ranked #18 in NAIA II, is 17-8 and 9-2 in the American Mideast Conference.

The female SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Jan. 31-Feb. 6) is basketball peformer Aubrey Siemon. The 6-1 junior forward from Springfield, Ohio, became the 18th player in school history to surpass 1,000 career points as the NAIA #3 Lady Jackets defeated visiting Notre Dame OH by an 88-66 final on Saturday, Feb. 6. Earlier in the week, Siemon racked up 21 points and 14 rebounds in a 97-69 verdict at Wilberforce University on Tuesday, Feb. 2. Siemon has 17 double-doubles on the year as Cedarville, 22-3 (13-1 AMC), has won 14 consecutive games.
