 |  #40 Curt Fleck 6-5, 185, Junior, Forward Riverton, IL Buffalo Tri-City High School | Curt Fleck was a welcome addition to the Yellow Jackets during his first season in the program.....appeared in all 32 games and assumed the role of the team's sixth man.....used as a spot starter in five contests.....averaged 8.5 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.....came on strong in the second half of the season by supplying 11.0 points and 5.8 boards over the final 20 games.....excellent perimeter shooter as evidenced by a .544 field goal accuracy overall and a .446 percentage outside the three-point arc.....reached double figures in 12 games, all coming after the first of the year, and recorded two double-doubles.....scored 21 points with 10 rebounds in a win at St. Mary's.....poured in a career-high 23 points at Urbana and later racked up 19 points with a career-high 15 rebounds in a home victory against the Blue Knights.....netted 17 points at AMC champion Saint Vincent, including a three-point desperation shot at the buzzer that sent the game into overtime, that eventually resulted in a double-overtime thriller that SVC won, 87-84. High School -- Earned three letters during his prep career at Buffalo Tri-City High School and was a member of one regional championship squad.....averaged 16.7 points and 10.3 rebounds per game as a senior while shooting 47 percent from the field.....recognized as one of the area's top scorers and rebounders.
