Mike Marsh will prepare for the decathlon following an outstanding indoor season.....NAIA Indoor All-American in the pentathlon by placing third with 3,480 points.....posted marks of 8.47 seconds in the 55 meter hurdles, 22-feet 4.25-inches in the long jump, 38-2.25 in the shot put, 6-4 in the high jump, and 2:54.50 in the 1000 meter run.....finished third in the NCCAA decathlon last spring with a school-record 6,163 points and was 10th at the NAIA Outdoor Championships with a 5,618 total.....cleared 6-5 in the high jump at the NCCAA and long jumped 21-10.25.....scored points in three events at the American Mideast Conference meet by placing third in the high jump (6-2), fifth in the long jump (19-7.5), and sixth in the triple jump (40-5).....finished fifth in the decathlon at the Bowling Green Classic. High School -- Ran four seasons of cross country and competed in one season of track & field at Keswick Christian High School.....qualified for the state cross country meet as a senior.
