Andy Paugh is in his third season with the Yellow Jacket track & field team and will compete in the hurdles and high jump.....American Mideast Conference high jump champion as a sophomore by clearing 6-feet 4-inches.....had a career-best 6-8 effort and placed second in the NCCAA (6-8).....placed fourth in the NCCAA 110 meter high hurdles in 16.08 seconds and was fifth in the AMC (16.14).....turned in a career-low 15.68 in the AMC prelims.....finished sixth in the AMC 400 meter hurdles (56.57) and ran a season-best 55.70 at the Indy Relays.....AMC runner-up in the high jump as a freshman and finished sixth in the NCCAA.....placed ninth at the NAIA Indoor Nationals as a rookie (6-8) and cleared a career-best indoors of 6-8.75 at the Eastern Michigan Invitational.....finished sixth in the NCCAA 110 meter high hurdles in 1999. High School -- Participated in a three-sport career at Shawnee High School.....four-year letter winner in track & field, earned four more in soccer, and two in basketball.....all-regional first team high jumper as a sophomore.....three-time all-area second team soccer player.....National Honor Society student. Personal -- Carries a Physical Education major at Cedarville University.....born 4/15/80.....son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Paugh.....has two olders sisters and two older brothers.
