Phillip Cooley comes to the Yellow Jackets after earning four letters in track and three more in cross country at Stebbins High School.....team captain in both sports as a senior.....Most Valuable Runner of the 1999 cross country squad.....track league champion in the 800 meters and 4 x 800 relay.....district 800 meter champion.....Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Award winner for Montgomery County.....recognized by the Society of Academic Excellence.
