Amy Nyhuis joins Kristen DeVinney as the first four-year soccer players in the Lady Jacket program.....three-year starter in the back for the Cedarville defense including last fall when she started 12 of the 13 matches in which she played. Nyhuis competed in 16 matches with 15 starts and one assist as a sophomore in 1998.....started all 11 matches in the back in which she appeared as a freshman. High School -- Nyhuis earned four letters in soccer at Otsego High School where she also played volleyball and basketball.....all-conference soccer player and a National Honor Society student. Personal -- Nyhuis (pronounced NI-hise) carries an Organizational Communications major at Cedarville University.....serves as vice-president for the Student Government Association and was SGA secretary as a junior.....born 10/21/79.....daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Nyhuis.....younger sister, Karin, is a freshman for the Lady Jackets.....also has a younger brother. | ||
