Heidi Wright made an immediate contribution to the Lady Jacket program as a rookie as the team's #4 runner.....ran in all eight varsity meets finishing with a career-best 19:40 in the 5K at the NCCAA Nationals placing 33rd overall.....finished 14th at the American Mideast Conference meet in 19:53. High School -- Four-year letter winner in both cross country and track at Southfield Christian High School.....earned All-State cross country honors as a freshman, junior, and senior.....three-time conference cross country champion and won the regional as a sophomore.....school swept the conference cross country and track titles in each of her four years.....won league and regional track titles in the 1,600 meters.....National Honor Society recipient.....Homecoming Queen. Personal -- Dean's List student as a Comprehensive Bible major at Cedarville University.....born 11/17/80.....daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Wright.....has two older sisters.
