Barry Chamberlin finally joins the baseball Yellow Jackets after missing the 2001 season with a shoulder injury suffered during the basketball season.....will see time in the outfield and on the mound.....two-year starter on the hardwood at CU with 786 points and 517 rebounds during his career.....helped the Jackets to a 21-16 record this winter and a third-place finish at the NCCAA National Tournament.....voted to the all-tournament team.....averaged 13.2 points and a team-high 9.5 rebounds per game for the season.....ranked third in the American Mideast Conference in rebounding.....All-AMC honorable mention selection. High School - Earned four letters each in basketball and soccer at the First Baptist Academy of Dubois.....named a Tri-County All-Star and Tri-County MVP as a senior on the hardwood after averaging 25 points and 19 rebounds per game.....led the area in scoring as freshman and senior.....outstanding baseball player as a Pennsylvania American Legion All-State selection in 2000. Personal - Carries a physical education major at Cedarville University.....born 3/21/82 in Dubois, PA.....son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Chamberlin.....has one older sister.
