Andrey Arkhipov returns for his second season with the Yellow Jackets following an injury-riddled freshman year.....played in 19 games with 13 starts in the middle.....averaged 9.8 points and 3.8 rebounds while shooting .507 from the field.....was averaging 13.9 points per game before going down with an ankle injury at Taylor that forced him to the sidelines for eight straight games.....scored in double figures nine times with a career-high 23 points in a win over Saint Mary's.....registered 20 points in games versus Bryan and Wittenberg.

High School - Arkhipov played three seasons of basketball and earned two letters at Northwest Christian Academy in Miami, Florida.....member of one state championship team.....averaged 12 points and eight rebounds per game.....has Ukranian National Team experience.....National Honor Society student.....nominated for the Florida Bright Future Scholarship Award.
