#13 Barry Chamberlin 6-6, 225, Sophomore, Forward Brookville, PA First Baptist Academy | Barry Chamberlin has been selected as one of the team captains for the 2001-02 season..... battled through shoulder and ankle injuries throughout his freshman season yet still made a big contribution.....started all 28 games in which he played.....ranked third on the squad with 10.7 points per game to go along with a team-leading 5.9 rebounds.....made his collegiate debut with a double-double consisting of a career-high 21 points and 11 rebounds in a 78-76 win over Tennessee Temple.....scored in double figures 18 times and grabbed 10 or more rebounds four times.....had 18 points and 11 boards in a win versus Indiana-East.....scored 19 points in an AMC victory against Urbana.....voted to the Cedarville Invitational All-Tournament Team. High School - Chamberlin came to the Yellow Jackets after picking up four letters each in basketball and soccer at the First Baptist Academy of Dubois.....named a Tri-County All-Star and Tri-County MVP as a senior on the hardwood after averaging 25 points and 19 rebounds per game.....led the area in scoring as freshman and senior.....recognized as an outstanding baseball player and was a Pennsylvania American Legion All-State selection in 2000.....will play for the Yellow Jacket baseball squad in the spring.
