Jody Fox is back for his fourth season on the Yellow Jacket track & field squad specializing in the 5K and 10K.....defending American Mideast Conference champion in the 10K with a time of 32:49.20.....placed 4th in the event at the NCCAA and ran a career-low 32:31.19 at the Florida State Relays.....finished 3rd in the AMC 10K as a junior and was 7th in the 5K at the NCCAA Nationals.....turned in a 5K career-best 15:33.48 effort at the 2000 Indy Relays.....four-year letter winner in cross country and was the #1 runner last fall in three meets.....CU's top finisher at the NCCAA Nationals in 26:23 and placed 3rd overall at the Wilmington Invitational in a season-low 26:16 for the 8,000 meters.....NCCAA All-American in cross country as both a sophomore and junior.

High School -- Earned four letters each in cross country and track and two more in basketball at Corry Area High School.....named school's Athlete of the Year as a senior and received Team MVP honors in all three sports.....achieved a spot on the all-county cross country team, earned All-D-10 recognition, and was a state qualifier.....D-10 3,200 meter champion in track and owns home course record in cross country.

Personal - Bible/Youth Ministries major at Cedarville University.....presented the Don and Nedra Callan Sports Ministry Award for the 2000-01 academic year.....born 6/19/79 in Corry, PA.....son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Fox.....has two younger brothers.
