Andy Paugh is coming off an indoor season in which he was an NAIA All-American in the high jump by tying for 6th place with a leap of 6-feet 7-inches.....four-year member of the track & field program also competing in the hurdles and relays.....placed 2nd in the AMC high jump (6-4) last spring and was 3rd at the NCCAA Nationals (6-6).....finished 5th in both the AMC 400 meter hurdles (55.94) and at the NCCAA (56.41).....placed 3rd in the AMC 110 meter hurdles (15.36).....part of the defending American Mideast Conference 4 x 400 championship relay team.....AMC high jump champion as a sophomore and placed 2nd in the NCCAA with a career-best 6-8 effort.....AMC runner-up in the high jump as a freshman and finished 6th in the NCCAA.....placed 9th at the NAIA Indoor Nationals as a rookie (6-8) and cleared a career-best indoors of 6-8.75 at the Eastern Michigan Invitational. High School - Participated in a three-sport career at Shawnee High School.....four-year letter winner in track & field, earned four more in soccer, and two in basketball.....all-regional first team high jumper as a sophomore.....three-time all-area second team soccer player.....National Honor Society student. Personal - Dean's List student as a multi-age physical education major at Cedarville University.....wife, Casey, is a former Lady Jacket tennis standout.....born 4/15/80 in Mount Vernon, OH.....son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Paugh.....has two olders sisters and two older brothers.
