Carl Traub is back for his fourth season with the Yellow Jackets competing in the hammer, shot put, and discus.....NCCAA champion in the hammer with a career-best effort of 158-10.....finished 4th in the American Mideast Conference with a toss of 151-8.....qualified for the NAIA Nationals as a junior.....finished 6th against NCAA Division I competition at the Florida State Relays at 137-8.....placed 10th at Bowling Green and 11th at Miami.....placed 3rd in the AMC hammer as a sophomore with a heave of 136-3.....had a season-best effort of 143-8 at the NCCAA Nationals to finish 4th..... threw against NCAA Division I competition at Bowling Green (9th place), Miami (10th), Florida State (11th), and Cincinnati (14th).

High School -- Earned three letters each in soccer and basketball at Calvary Baptist Christian High School during his prep career.....member of KCEA Class A state championship soccer team as a junior and Class AA title team as a senior.....part of two-time Class A state basketball championship program.

Personal -- History major at Cedarville University.....born 8/12/79 in Philadelphia, PA.....son of Mr. Alfred Traub and Mrs. Constance Traub.....has one younger sister.
