Debbie Krick returns as the lone senior on the 2002 team and is a three-year starter with the Lady Jackets.....enters the season with a .320 career batting average after hitting .327 last spring with team-highs of 36 hits and 21 RBI's.....NCCAA All-American.....voted to the NCCAA All-Midwest Region Team and to the NCCAA Midwest Region All-Tournament Team.....NAIA and NCCAA All-America Scholar-Athlete.....tied for the team lead with 10 multi-hit games including one four-hit performance.....batted in the clean-up spot in all 35 games.....led the squad with 81 assists starting 25 games at third base and 10 behind the plate. 2000 - Ranked fourth on the squad with a career-high .337 batting average.....rated second with a .484 slugging percentage with the help of 10 doubles and two triples.....started 34 of the 35 games she played in with 15 RBI's.....ranked second with 65 assists in the field.....named to the NCCAA Midwest Region All-Tournament Team.....had three hits in the title game victory over Spring Arbor.....registered 10 multi-hit games. 1999 - Rated third on the 1999 club with a .293 batting average.....appeared in 36 games with 31 starts including 14 games as a DH.....ranked second on the team with 17 RBI's including five in a game versus Ohio Dominican.....had nine multi-hit games and a seven-game hitting streak. High School - Played four years of basketball at Walnut Street Christian High School and was team captain.....has ASA fast-pitch softball experience. Personal - Dean's List student as an Early Childhood Education major at Cedarville University.....born 10/27/80 in Jersey Shore, PA.....daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Krick, Jr.....has one older brother, an older sister, four younger brothers, and two younger sisters.
