Nov. 15, Walsh (American Mideast Conference Tournament)
The Lady Jackets ended their season with a 29-14 record for the second straight year as No. 3 seed Walsh defeated CU 30-22, 30-26, 30-14 in the American Mideast Conference Tournament quarterfinals. The attack was again paced by Heather van der Aa with 16 kills as she ended her career as CU's all-time leader with 2,390 kills. Carrie Hartman handed out 23 assists, Paula Thompson had 13 digs, and Richelle Clem added 12 more. [STATS]

Nov. 15, Seton Hill (American Mideast Conference Tournament)
No. 6 seed Cedarville swept No. 11 Seton Hill 30-21, 30-21, 30-21 in the opening round of the American Mideast Conference Tournament at Mount Vernon Nazarene. Heather van der Aa buried 21 kills in the match while Melissa Holland added nine. Carrie Hartman was credited with 38 assists and Cheryl Meyer had 14 digs. [STATS]

Nov. 10, at Michigan-Dearborn
After losing to Michigan-Dearborn just one night earlier, CU rebounded to outlast the Wolves 30-20, 30-25, 18-30, 38-36. The attack was paced by Heather van der Aa with 18 kills and Amy Martin with 13. Carrie Hartman recorded 48 assists with 19 digs, Cheryl Meyer totaled 18 digs, and Paula Thompson added 17. [STATS]

Nov. 10, Ohio Dominican (at Michigan-Dearborn)
The Jackets swept American Mideast Conference member Ohio Dominican in a non-league match 30-20, 31-29, 30-19 as Heather van der Aa and Amy Martin buried 17 kills apiece. Carrie Hartman racked up 40 assists and 19 digs. [STATS]

Nov. 9, at Michigan-Dearborn
Michigan-Dearborn bounced back for a 3-2 non-conference victory over Cedarville. The Wolves won by scores of 30-28, 22-30, 26-30, 30-23, 15-11. Heather van der Aa pounded 18 kills to go over the 2,300 mark for her career. Melissa Holland added 10 kills, Carrie Hartman handed out 43 assists, and Cheryl Meyer was good for 18 digs. [STATS]

Nov. 5, at Shawnee State
Cedarville completed its American Mideast Conference schedule with a 30-21, 30-27, 31-29 victory at Shawnee State. The Jackets rallied from a 28-17 deficit in the third game to pull off the sweep. Heather van der Aa totaled 18 kills and five blocks with Amy Martin adding 11 kills and six blocks. Carrie Hartman had 42 assists while Cheryl Meyer contributed 11 digs. [STATS]

Oct. 30, at Central State
Cedarville defeated host Central State 30-13, 30-10, 30-22 in American Mideast Conference action for their 25th victory of the season. Amy Martin and Heather van der Aa led a balanced attack with 11 kills each. Carrie Hartman totaled 30 assists while van der Aa, Cheryl Meyer, and Charissa Winburg served up three aces apiece. Oct. 27, Mount Vernon Nazarene (at Ursuline)
Mount Vernon Nazarene blitzed Cedarville in an American Mideast Conference match played at Ursuline. MVNC overwhelmed CU 30-11, 30-16, 30-12. The Jackets managed only 24 kills with 10 coming from Heather van der Aa and seven from Amy Martin. Carrie Hartman registered 20 assists and eight digs. [STATS]

Oct. 27, Point Park (at Ursuline)
Cedarville swept Point Park in an American Mideast Conference match by scores of 30-18, 30-11, 30-14. Heather van der Aa tallied 10 kills, four blocks, and nine digs while Amy Martin added nine kills. Carrie Hartman had 35 assists with nine digs, Paula Thompson provided eight kills and nine digs, and Melissa Holland buried eight kills. [STATS]

Oct. 26, at Ursuline
Amy Martin buried 15 kills as Cedarville swept an American Mideast Conference match at Ursuline. The Lady Jackets won by scores of 30-24, 30-20, 30-15. Heather van der Aa added 11 kills, Carrie Hartman supplied 31 assists and 12 digs while Cheryl Meyer had 11 digs. [STATS]

Oct. 23, URBANA
Three Lady Jacket seniors played their final match in the Athletic Center and helped CU to a 3-1 victory over Urbana in American Mideast Conference action. Heather van der Aa pounded 15 kills while classmate Amy Martin added 11 kills with nine blocks in a 25-30, 30-26, 30-18, 30-24 win. Cheryl Meyer, the other senior on the roster, provided seven digs. Carrie Hartman had 38 assists with 15 digs and Melissa Holland buried 10 kills. [STATS]

Oct. 20, WALSH
NAIA No. 12 Walsh rebounding from a first-game loss to Cedarville to win the American Mideast Conference match 27-30, 30-21, 30-23, 30-17. Heather van der Aa ripped 17 kills, Amy Martin blocked five balls, Carrie Hartman had 38 assists and 18 digs, while Cheryl Meyer and Courtney Williams added 16 digs each. [STATS]

Oct. 20, CARLOW
Cedarville had no problem in putting away Carlow in an American Mideast Conference match by scores of 30-14, 30-17, 30-12. Heather van der Aa recorded 18 kills with four blocks. Melissa Holland and Amy Martin put aside five blocks each, Carrie Hartman had 37 assists, and Cheryl Meyer served up five aces. [STATS]

Oct. 19, HOUGHTON
Defending NAIA Region IX champion Houghton ended Cedarville's eight-match winning streak by outlasting the Lady Jackets in the Athletic Center. The Highlanders won the American Mideast Conference match by scores of 30-23, 20-30, 30-16, 24-30, 15-10. Heather van der Aa pounded 19 kills to lead the CU attack. Melissa Holland had nine kills, Carrie Hartman set up 39 assists, and Paula Thompson was credited with 22 digs. [STATS]

Oct. 16, at Capital
The Lady Jackets extended their winning streak to eight in a row by hanging on for a 28-30, 30-26, 30-27, 22-30, 15-13 win over host Capital behind Heather van der Aa's 31 kills. Amy Martin pounded 20 kills, Carrie Hartman racked up 54 assists and 14 digs while Richelle Clem tallied 15 digs. The Jackets have won 12 of their last 13 matches. [STATS]

Oct. 16, Wilmington (at Capital)
The Lady Jackets defeated Wilmington 30-22, 30-17, 30-11 in a non-conference match played at Capital. Heather van der Aa had 12 kills and Amy Martin added nine to lead the attack. Carrie Hartman had 33 assists and Cheryl Meyer produced eight digs. [STATS]

Oct. 13, GLENVILLE STATE
The Lady Jackets had no problem with Glenville State in a 30-20, 30-14, 30-17 non-conference win on Homecoming. CU has won six straight and 10 of their last 11 matches. The attack was led by Heather van der Aa with 18 kills and five blocks while Amy Martin tallied 10 kills. Carrie Hartman produced 36 assists. [STATS]

Oct. 13, TENNESSEE TEMPLE
Cedarville stung Tennessee Temple 30-21, 25-30, 30-26, 30-25 in a non-conference match played on Homecoming. Heather van der Aa pounded 27 kills with seven blocks and six service aces to lead the way. Amy Martin had 13 kills, Melissa Holland turned back eight blocks, and Carrie Hartman registered 47 assists with 14 digs. [STATS]

Oct. 11, RIO GRANDE
The Lady Jackets cruised by Rio Grande 30-22, 30-12, 30-16 in an American Mideast Conference match. Heather van der Aa led the play at the net with 19 kills and five blocks. Paula Thompson buried 11 kills and Amy Martin added 10. Carrie Hartman was credited with 39 assists, Courtney Williams had 12 digs, and Cheryl Meyer recorded 11 digs. [STATS]

Oct. 9, SHAWNEE STATE
Cedarville won for the seventh time in their last eight outings with a 3-0 American Mideast Conference victory over Shawnee State. The Yellow Jackets were winners by scores of 30-19, 30-16, 30-27. Heather van der Aa ripped 23 kills to lead the attack while Melissa Holland, who transferred to CU from Shawnee State, added 10 kills. Carrie Hartman produced 43 assists and 12 digs. [STATS]

Oct. 6, at Ohio Dominican
The Jackets wrapped up an American Mideast Conference quad at Ohio Dominican by taking care of the host Panthers 30-27, 30-17, 30-23. Heather van der Aa pounded 17 kills as the only Lady Jacket in double figures. She also added five blocks while Melissa Holland contributed four. Carrie Hartman supplied 34 assists, 16 digs, and four service aces. [STATS]

Oct. 6, Saint Vincent (at Ohio Dominican)
Cedarville swept Saint Vincent 30-20, 30-27, 30-24 in an American Mideast Conference match played at Ohio Dominican. Heather van der Aa and Amy Martin tallied 11 kills each to lead the attack while Melissa Holland turned back six blocks. Carrie Hartman recorded 38 assists while Cheryl Meyer added nine digs. Oct. 5, Daemen (at Ohio Dominican)
Heather van der Aa became the first CU player to reach 2,000 career kills, but Daemen knocked off the Lady Jackets, 3-1, in the opening match of an American Mideast Conference quad at Ohio Dominican. The Warriors defeated CU 30-26, 27-30, 30-27, 30-27. The 6-2 senior middle hitter hammered 20 kills to up her all-time total to 2,005. Melissa Holland had 13 kills and four blocks while Carrie Hartman totaled 43 assists and 19 digs. [STATS]

Oct. 2, at Taylor-Fort Wayne
The Lady Jackets cruised past Taylor-Fort Wayne 30-16, 30-10, 30-14 in a non-conference match. Heather van der Aa buried 15 kills to lead the offense. Carrie Hartman provided 29 assists and seven digs while playing in her hometown. It was Cedarville's fourth straight victory. [STATS]

Sept. 29, TIFFIN
The Lady Jackets completed a sweep of three American Mideast Conference foes in the Athletic Center over the weekend by defeating Tiffin 30-28, 30-19, 22-30, 30-23 behind Heather van der Aa's 19 kills and six blocks. Amy Martin had 12 kills while Carrie Hartman racked up 53 assists and 12 digs. [STATS]

Sept. 29, SETON HILL
Cedarville took care of Seton Hill 30-19, 30-12, 30-26 in an American Mideast Conference match. Heather van der Aa tallied 18 kills while Amy Martin produced 11. Carrie Hartman handed out 36 assists and Richelle Clem had 11 digs. [STATS]

Sept. 28, NOTRE DAME (Ohio)
The Lady Jackets swept past Notre Dame College 30-17, 30-26, 30-23 in an American Mideast Conference match. Heather van der Aa pounded 18 kills in the victory and Amy Martin drilled 12. Carrie Hartman was good for 37 assists and Richelle Clem recorded 10 digs. [STATS]

Sept. 25, at Urbana
Heather van der Aa became Cedarville's all-time kills leader, but the Lady Jackets were tripped up at Urbana in an American Mideast Conference match. The Blue Knights rallied for a 28-30, 28-30, 30-25, 30-28, 15-8 victory. van der Aa hammered a team-high 18 kills to push her career total to 1,912 which surpassed the previous mark of 1,898 set by Julie Opperman from 1995-98. Melissa Holland added 14 kills, Carrie Hartman handed out 43 assists, and Paula Thompson had 23 digs. [STATS]

Sept. 22, Malone (at Geneva)
Defending AMC co-champion Malone swept CU 30-18, 30-21, 30-20 in an American Mideast Conference match played at Geneva. Paula Thompson was good for eight kills, Heather van der Aa added seven, and Courtney Williams tallied 13 assists. [STATS]

Sept. 22, at Geneva
Cedarville defeated host Geneva 32-30, 32-30, 30-21 in an American Mideast Conference match. Heather van der Aa ripped 18 kills with eight blocks and Amy Martin pounded 16 kills. Courtney Williams handed out 22 assists while Carrie Hartman added 16. [STATS]

Sept. 21, Roberts Wesleyan (at Geneva)
Heather van der Aa pounded 22 kills to go along with four blocks and 16 digs in a 3-1 victory over Roberts Wesleyan in an American Mideast Conference match played at Geneva. The winning numbers for the Lady Jackets were 30-25, 29-31, 30-25, 30-20. Amy Martin added 16 kills while Courtney Williams tallied 24 assists and 12 digs. [STATS]

Sept. 18, CENTRAL STATE
The Lady Jackets broke four school records in a three-game sweep over Central State in American Mideast Conference action. Cedarville won by scores of 30-8, 30-15, 30-7. Heather van der Aa hammered 15 kills in 17 attempts without an error for an .882 attack percentage to establish a new mark for a single match. Courtney Williams handed out 17 assists and served up a school-record seven aces breaking the old mark of six which occurred seven times previously by three separate players. The Jackets set new team records for highest attack percentage (.679) and highest assist percentage (.740) in a match. [STATS]

Sept. 14, at Wittenberg
Wittenberg took care of Cedarville 30-20, 30-22, 30-27 in a non-conference match. Heather van der Aa and Paula Thompson had seven kills each to lead the offense. Carrie Hartman was credited with 10 assists and Richelle Clem tallied 11 digs. [STATS]

Sept. 13, at Rio Grande
Heather van der Aa pounded 23 kills to lead Cedarville to a 30-10, 30-20, 26-30, 30-20 victory at Rio Grande in their American Mideast Conference opener. Amy Martin provided 11 more kills while Courtney Williams recorded 26 assists and 14 digs. [STATS]

Sept. 8, CORNERSTONE (Cedarville Invitational)
Cornerstone took the Lady Jackets out of the 14th Annual Cedarville Invitational by scores of 30-16, 30-26, 30-28 in a quarterfinal match. Amy Martin posted eight kills and four blocks for the match. Courtney Williams handed out 11 assists while Carrie Hartman had 10 digs. Heather van der Aa was voted to the eight-member all-tournament team and the University of Indianapolis won the event for the third straight year. [STATS]

Sept. 7, ROBERT MORRIS (Cedarville Invitational)
Cedarville finished off Robert Morris 31-29, 30-22, 30-25. Carrie Hartman had 25 assists and Courtney Williams added 20 which led to 16 kills from Heather van der Aa and 15 more from Amy Martin. Freshman Paula Thompson registered 15 digs. [STATS]

Sept. 7, AQUINAS (Cedarville Invitational)
The Jackets rebounded to take care of Aquinas 30-18, 30-23, 21-30, 30-20. The offense was paced by Heather van der Aa's 17 kills and Courtney Williams handed out 26 assists with nine digs. Amy Martin supplied 10 kills while Cheryl Meyer had nine digs. [STATS]

Sept. 7, INDIANA WESLEYAN (Cedarville Invitational)
Defending NCCAA champion Indiana Wesleyan outlasted the Jackets in the opener of the 14th Annual Cedarville Invitational 30-23, 25-30, 30-21, 30-32, 15-12. Heather van der Aa hammered 16 kills while Julie Rhoads drilled 15. Courtney Williams tallied 25 assists and Cheryl Meyer recorded 17 digs. [STATS]

Sept. 5, at Taylor
Taylor defeated Cedarville in non-conference action by scores of 30-22, 30-26, 30-25. Heather van der Aa paced the Lady Jacket attack with 16 kills. Carrie Hartman handed out 14 assists and Courtney Williams had 13. [STATS]

Sept. 1, Webber (at Warner Southern)
Cedarville finished their season-opening trip to Florida by sweeping Webber 30-24, 30-14, 30-28 behind Heather van der Aa's 15 kills. Courtney Williams was credited with 14 assists and Cheryl Meyer had 11 digs. [STATS]

Cedarville notched their first victory of the season at Warner Southern by scores of 26-30, 30-17, 30-24, 30-22. Amy Martin buried 12 kills, Heather van der Aa had 11, and Melissa Holland added 10 to lead the offense. Courtney Williams tallied 21 assists while Carrie Hartman had 13 digs. [STATS]

Aug. 30, at Eckerd
Eckerd bounced back to knock off the Jackets 27-30, 30-19, 30-24, 30-24. The offense was paced by Heather van der Aa with 18 kills as Amy Martin and Richelle Clem added 10 apiece. Courtney Williams was good for 21 assists and Cheryl Meyer had 15 digs. [STATS]

Aug. 30, Flagler (at Eckerd)
The Lady Jackets dropped their season opener in Florida losing to Flagler by scores of 30-25, 30-21, 30-18. Heather van der Aa tallied 11 kills, Courtney Williams handed out 12 assists, Carrie Hartman added 11, and Cheryl Meyer contributed 15 digs. [STATS]
