May 23-25, at NAIA Outdoor Championships
Erin Nehus had a pair of 2nd-place finishes, and Cedarville had five All-America performances in all, as the Lady Jackets finished in a best-ever 8th place at the NAIA Track & Field Championships. Nehus was the runner-up in the 3,000 meter run in 10:10.83 and also finished 2nd in the 5,000 in 17:45.15. She was joined on the All-America unit in the 5K by Sarah Roberts, who placed 5th in 17:53.24. The top six finishers in each event are All-Americans. Rachael Castro completed her incredible rookie season by placing 2nd in the pole vault by clearing 11-feet 11.75-inches which broke her own school record by a foot. The other CU All-American was Jennifer Tetrick, who was 4th in the 10K in 37:50.36. Kate Beatty scored in the high jump, but narrowly missed All-America honors, by tying for 7th with an effort of 5-4.25. Michalina Gluchowski earned a point in the hammer throw by finishing 8th with a heave of 153-feet 3-inches. Doane NE won the team title with 67 points while Azusa Pacific CA and Central State tied for 2nd with 60. Cedarville tallied 35.5 points. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

May 11, at Indiana Invitational
Sarah Roberts and Erin Nehus set new school records at the Indiana University Invitational. Roberts won the 3,000 meter steeplechase by lowering her school record to 10:55.18. Nehus became the first CU female runner to break the 10-minute mark in the 3,000 meters when she was clocked in 9:57.62 which placed 3rd overall. [COMPLETE RESULTS AND CEDARVILLE RESULTS]

May 4, at NCCAA Championships
Erin Nehus established new meet records in the 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs at the NCCAA National Championships. She repeated as champion for both events in winning the 3K with a time of 10:08.68 and the 5K in 17:22.52. Kate Beatty won the 100 meter hurdles for the third straight time in 15.27 seconds and also repeated as high jump champion by clearing 5-feet 6-inches. Sarah Roberts was 2nd in the 5K (17:48.31), Jennifer Tetrick was 2nd in the 10K (38:06.27), and Rachael Castro upped her school record in the pole vault to 10-11.75 and placed 3rd. April 27, at AMC Championships
Cedarville finished second at the American Mideast Conference Championships where Michalina Gluchowski set a new meet record in the hammer throw. Malone won their fourth straight title with 195 points while the Lady Jackets were second in the nine-team field with 166 points. Gluchowski won the hammer with an AMC record heave of 156-5 which also broke the school record. Erin Nehus won her third straight 1,500 meter title (4:48.59) and also claimed the 3,000 meters (10:22.06). Kate Beatty won the high jump for the third consecutive time with an effort of 5-feet 4.25-inches and she captured her second 100 meter hurdles crown in 15.23 seconds. Cedarville's other wins came from Jennifer Tetrick, who repeated as 10,000 meter champion in 39:50, and Rachael Castro, who won the pole vault by clearing 10-feet even. April 20, at Butler Invitational
Rachael Castro set a new school record in the pole vault by clearing 10-feet 6-inches at the Butler Invitational. The freshman, who is in her first season of learning to vault, was just four inches shy of the NAIA automatic qualifying mark. Sarah Roberts posted a time of 10:21.27 in the 3,000 meters which was only .03 seconds away from meeting the NAIA qualifying mark. Michaela Cernetic was a provisional qualifier in the hammer with a heave of 145-feet 4-inches. [CEDARVILLE RESULTS]

April 13, at Miami Invitational
Erin Nehus set a new school record in the 5,000 meters and Sarah Roberts lowered her school record in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Miami Invitational. Nehus turned in a time of 17:17.93 to place 3rd. Roberts was 2nd in her event in 11:07.24 which was 15 seconds faster than the time she turned in just one week earlier. Kate Beatty was 2nd in the high jump by clearing 5-feet 6-inches which equalled her season and personal best. The Lady Jackets placed 8th out of 12 schools in the field that was entirely NCAA Division I competition. [CEDARVILLE RESULTS]

April 6, at Wilmington Invitational
The Lady Jackets placed 3rd at the Wilmington Invitational which was highlighted by the performances of Sarah Roberts in the 3,000 meter steeplechase and Katie Rulapaugh in the 3,000 meter racewalk. Roberts won the steeple in a school-record time of 11:22.47 while Rulapaugh lowered her NAIA qualifying time to 16:00.22 with a 2nd-place showing. Kate Beatty won the high jump by clearing 5-feet 6-inches. Erin Nehus was the winner in the 1,500 meters (4:45.10) and was 2nd in the 800 meters (2:20.73). Kim McNeilance was 2nd in the 5,000 meters in 19:01.89. Wilmington won the 15-team meet with 145.5 points and was followed by Denison, 112; and Cedarville, 110. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

March 30, at Cincinnati Invitational
Two-time NAIA All-American Kate Beatty met the NAIA automatic qualifying standard in the high jump by clearing 5-feet 6-inches and placing 3rd at the Cincinnati Invitational. Erin Nehus lowered her qualifying mark in the 5,000 meters. She finished 2nd with a time of 17:43. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

March 20-23, at Florida State Relays
NAIA Indoor All-American Erin Nehus qualified for the NAIA outdoor 5,000 meters with her 6th-place performance at the Florida State University Relays. She turned in a personal-best time of 17:30.77. The meet was non-scoring. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

Feb. 28 - March 2, at NAIA Indoor Championships
Erin Nehus placed 4th in the 5,000 meters and was recognized as an All-American at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships. She posted a time of 17:54.72. Nehus, who is a three-time NAIA All-American in cross country, earned the honor for the first time on the track. Sarah Roberts narrowly missed All-America placing by finishing 7th in the mile run in 5:16.28. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

Feb. 22, at Denison Indoor Qualifier
Jen Heidenreich established her sixth school record of the indoor season by winning the 200 meter dash in 27.17 seconds at the Denison Indoor Qualifier. She previously set new school marks this winter in the 400 meters, 500 meters, 600 meters, pole vault, and 4 x 400 meter relay. Rachael Castro won the pole vault by clearing 9-feet 6-inches while Heidenreich was 2nd at 9-6. Kate Beatty won the high jump (5-2) and was 2nd in the 55 meter hurdles (9.24). Abigail Winburn finished 2nd in the 3,000 meter run in 11:04.88. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

Feb. 16, at Kent State Invitational
Jen Heidenreich broke her school record in the 400 meter dash at the Kent State Invitational. She took nearly one full second off her time with an effort of 59.56 seconds which placed 6th overall against NCAA Division I competition. Erin Nehus and Heidi Wright took the top two positions in the 3,000 meter run. Nehus was timed in 10:39.39 while Wright's mark was 10:41.33. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

Feb. 16, at Denison Indoor Classic
Sharon Wright won the 400 meter dash in 62.34 seconds at the Denison Indoor Classic and she was 2nd in the 55 meter dash in 7.72 seconds. Erin McGarry placed 2nd in the 55 meter hurdles in 9.39 seconds. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

Feb. 9, at All-Ohio Indoor Championships
Jen Heidenreich established yet another school record and Cedarville took the NAIA division in the All-Ohio Indoor Championships. The Lady Jackets recorded 46 points while Central State had 20 and Tiffin had 10 points. Heidenreich set her fifth indoor school record of the season with a time of 1:00.54 in the 400 meters to place 4th against an all NCAA Division I field. She earlier set new marks in the 500 and 600 meters as well as the pole vault and 4 x 400 meter relay. Heidenreich was 6th in the pole vault at the All-Ohio by clearing 10-feet 0.75-inches. Erin Nehus met the NAIA national qualifying mark in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:08.38 which placed 7th. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

Feb. 9, at Denison Indoor Invitational
Sharon Wright broke her own school record in the 200 meters at the Denison Invitational. She finished 2nd with a time of 27.40 seconds. Rachel Castro won the pole vault with an effort of 9-feet even. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

Jan. 25-26, at Findlay Indoor Invitational
Jen Heidenreich was part of three school records, qualifying for the NAIA Nationals in two of them, and Katie Rulapaugh also met the national qualifying mark in competition at the Findlay Indoor Invitational. Heidenreich was 2nd in the 600 meter dash with a school-record time of 1:39.27 and set another record in the pole vault by clearing 10-feet 6-inches which was good enough for 6th place. She was also part of the 4 x 400 meter relay team with Erin McGarry, Stephanie Hollingshead, and Sharon Wright that established a new CU standard at 4:14.78. Rulapaugh met the NAIA qualifying mark in the 3,000 meter racewalk where she placed 2nd in 15:57.13. [COMPLETE RESULTS]

Jan. 18, at Ohio Northern Indoor
NAIA Outdoor All-American Jen Heidenreich started off the indoor season by winning two events which included a new school record in the 500 meters at the Ohio Northern Friday Night Series. She claimed the 500 meters in 1:23.16 and then took the triple jump with an effort of 33-feet 3-inches. NAIA cross country All-American Heidi Wright was second in both the 1,000 meters (3:09.91) and the 1,500 meters (4:55.63). Kate Beatty, a NAIA All-American in the outdoor high jump, was second in the event at 5-feet 3-inches and second in the 55 meter hurdles in 9.18 seconds. Kim McNeilance placed second in the 5,000 meters with an effort of 19:37.37. Cedarville's 90.4 points finished third out of nine teams. Findlay won the event with 147.2 points and Ohio Northern tallied 137. [COMPLETE RESULTS]
