John Myers returns for his final season with the Yellow Jacket baseball program.....appeared in 14 games with one start on the mound last spring.....pitched 20 2/3 innings and registered 22 strikeouts.....tallied his only win of the season in relief as the Yellow Jackets dropped Malone, 4-1, in the first game of an AMC doubleheader.....did not play during the 2001 season. 2000 - Made three appearances, all in relief, as a freshman.....posted an 0-1 record with a 7.36 earned run average. High School - Garnered four letters each in baseball, basketball, and soccer at Harrisburg Christian High School.....three-time all-conference baseball player who graduated with a .450 career batting average.....holds school all-time records for highest batting average and most strikeouts as a pitcher.....led the league in hitting as a junior with a .527 average.....played on one divisional championship team and participated in the 1997 Keystone State Games. Personal - Carries a psychology major at Cedarville University.....born 10/24/81 in Camp Hill, PA.....son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Myers.....has three older sisters and an older brother.
