Sarah Tsermengas is one of just two seniors on the roster and is coming off of the best season of her Lady Jacket career.....batted a team-high .357 with 11 doubles, a triple, and a team-best 26 runs batted in.....earned a spot on the NCCAA All-America First Team.....played in all 52 games with 50 of her 51 starts at first base.....led the squad in total bases (64), on base percentage (.406), and fielding percentage (.976).....set schools records for most chances (373) and putouts (344) in a single season.....struck out just five times in 143 at bats.....NAIA and NCCAA All-America Scholar-Athlete.....named to the All-NCCAA Midwest Region Team.....led the team with eight multi-RBI games and 14 multi-hit games.....only player on the roster to have a four-hit contest when she accomplished the feat in a win over Seton Hill.

2001 - Suffered through her second straight injury-plagued season.....appeared in 17 games with 14 starts as a sophomore.....batted .143 with one two-hit game.

2000 - Missed half of her freshman season with a head injury.....played in 20 games with 15 starts and batted .233.....had a career-high three hits in a win over Seton Hill.....switch hitter who started seven games at DH.

High School - Put together an exceptional three-sport career at Inter-City Baptist High School.....collected four letters each in softball, basketball, and volleyball.....all-conference first team and all-district first team softball performer in each of her four seasons.....named to the all-region first team as a senior and was honorable mention all-state.....member of one regional championship squad and three district title teams.....class president who graduated fourth in her class.

Personal - Dean's Honor List student as a mathematics major at Cedarville University.....born 11/5/81 in Woodhaven, MI.....daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Tsermengas.....has one older sister and a younger sister.
