Lauren Mable joins the Lady Jacket track team after a two-sport high school career.....is expected to have immediate impact as a sprinter.....two year letter winner in track & field at Conestoga Valley High School.....holds five school track & field records in the 100 meters (12.25), 200 meters (25.44), 400 meters (57.36), 4 x 100 meter relay (50.99) and 4 x 400 meter relay (4:02.68).....voted team MVP in 2002....finished 5th at the PIAA State Meet in the 100 meter dash (12.29) and the 400 meter dash (58.08).....earned two letters in volleyball and was named PIAA All-State Second Team in 2001.....team finished runner-up in the 2000 PIAA AAA State Tournament and placed 5th in 2001.....appeared in all 45 matches for the Lady Jacket volleyball squad in the fall.....second in digs (578) and service aces (74) and fourth in kills (414).....named American Mideast Conference South Division Freshman of the Year.
