Maren Ullestad is a two-year letter winner for the Lady Jackets, who has continually lowered her times.....ran a career-best 20:00 for the 5K at the Wilmington Invitational and placed 12th overall.....finished 30th of 128 competitors in the American Mideast Conference Championship in 20:30.....recorded three other times under 21:00.

2001 - Saw competition in six varsity meets as a freshman.....ran a career-best 20:24 in the 5K at the Greensboro Invitational where she was the team's #7 runner and placed 17th overall.....CU's #8 finisher at the Friendship Invitational (21:08) and the Wilmington Invitational (20:48).....placed 28th out of 95 runners in the American Mideast Conference Championship in 21:23.

High School - Competed one year of cross country and two seasons of track & field at Beavercreek High School.....#5 runner on Western Ohio League championship cross country team as a senior.....team won the district title and placed 10th in the state.....All-WOL Second Team performer and named to the All-WOL Academic Team.

Personal - Early Childhood Education major at Cedarville University.....born 1/20/82 in Angeles City, Philippines.....only child of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Ullestad.
