Ann-Marie Wiggins joins the Lady Jackets as a transfer from Northwest Nazarene University in Idaho.....finished the season as the #1 runner for the Crusaders and was selected the school's Most Valuable Runner in both cross country and track.....NCCAA All-American in cross country last fall placing 11th at John Bryan State Park in 19:05.90.....helped NNU to a 5th-place finish.....holds the school cross country record in the 5K at 18:22.....part of 2000 NAIA regional championship squad.....set Northwest Nazarene track school records last spring in the 3,000 meters (10:26.42) and 5,000 (18:52.37).....competed at the NAIA Outdoor Nationals. High School - Four-year letter winner in track and cross country during her prep career at Midvale High School.....four-time state champion in the 3,200 meters and also won titles in the 800 and 1,600.....four-time track & field team MVP.....also participated in two years of basketball with two letters. Personal - Carries an English Education major at Cedarville University.....born 11/24/81 in Weiser, ID.....daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wiggins.....has three younger sisters and a younger brother.
