Forest Greetham is one of seven seniors on the Yellow Jacket roster and returns for his fourth season as one of the program's veteran players.....started all 42 games in centerfield as a junior earning All-NCCAA Midwest Region honors.....NCCAA All-America Scholar-Athlete.....batted .267 with a school-record 32 runs scored which bettered the previous mark of 31 set by his father in 1977.....led the American Mideast Conference in stolen base percentage with 27 in 28 tries for a .964 accuracy.....posted six multi-hit efforts including four hits in a game versus Rio Grande.....led the team with seven sacrifice bunts and tied for the team lead with three triples. 2002 - Played in 29 games as a sophomore and batted .314.....paced the team with a .438 on base percentage.....went 4-for-4 with three runs scored in a 5-1 win that helped the Yellow Jackets sweep a doubleheader over Temple Baptist.....tied for the team lead in stolen bases with 6.....tied for fourth in runs scored with 14. 2001 - Appeared in 25 games as a freshman and was used primarily as a pinch runner.....stole four bases and scored 13 runs.....handled nine fielding chances without an error. High School - Experienced a two-sport career at Wellington High School.....two-year letter winner in baseball and football.....team MVP as a senior and earned all-county honorable mention recognition.....played centerfield in the county all-star game.....member of undefeated and Lorain County Conference championship football team as a sophomore.....president of National Honor Society. Personal - Dean's List student as a organizational communications major at Cedarville University.....born 6/22/82 in Oberlin, OH.....son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Greetham.....father, who also wore #9 during his Yellow Jacket career from 1976-79, was inducted to the Cedarville University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2001.....has two younger sisters, including Jackie, who is a sophomore starting outfielder for the Lady Jacket softball team.
