O.J. Skiles is one of six players on the Yellow Jacket roster returning for his fourth season in the program.....started all 41 games in which he played as a junior with 38 in right field and the other three in left field.....ranked third on the club with eight doubles.....second in walks with 13.....had three hits and three RBI's in a 12-11 win at University of the South. 2002 - Played in 28 games with 23 starts, primarily in the outfield, as a sophomore....ranked sixth on the team with a .305 batting average.....totaled 18 hits with two doubles, seven RBI's, and eight runs scored. 2001 - Appeared in seven games as a freshman with two starts in left field.....earned 10 at bats with one walk. High School - Garnered four letters in baseball, four in wrestling, and two more in football at Modesto Christian High School.....all-conference rightfielder as a senior and recognized as an academic all-star.....member of 1999 Southern League championship football team.....valedictorian of graduating class. Personal - Carries a nursing major at Cedarville University.....born 10/6/81 in Modesto, CA.....son of Rev. and Mrs. Lonnie Skiles.....has one younger brother and a younger sister.
