Andy Goodenough is the Yellow Jackets' most experienced runner with two seasons in the program.....appeared in five varsity meets as a sophomore.....had a season-low time of 27:20 and finished 28th overall at the Wilmington Classic.....CU's #5 finisher in the NCCAA Nationals in 27:29 to place 34th.....one of the track & field team's top 800 meter performers.....member of AMC champion 4 x 800 meter relay team.....ran a career-best 1:55.48 at the Miami Invitational.....placed 4th at the NCCAA Outdoor Nationals in 1:56.09. 2001 - Saw action in five varsity meets as he battled through injuries.....team's #6 finisher at the Wilmington Invitational with a career-best time of 27:18 for the 8K.....ran the middle distances for the track & field team.....finished 3rd in the AMC 800 meters in 1:55.50. High School - Produced an outstanding career at Hemlock High School.....four-year letter winner in cross country and track & field with two more in basketball.....all-state cross country runner as a senior and his team was state runner-up.....squad won conference, county, and regional championships during all four years of his career.....three-time all-state performer on the track in the two-mile relay and was a member of a pair of state title quartets..........all-state in the 800 meters as a senior by placing 2nd and was Team MVP for the 2001 campaign.....selected to the Team Michigan Track Team that competed at the Midwest Meet of Champions.....graduated with school records in the 400 meters (50.5) and the mile relay (3:26).....member of one regional championship track & field team and one basketball district title squad. Personal - Carries a marketing major at Cedarville University.....born 11/12/82 in Saginaw, MI.....son of Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Goodenough.....has two older brothers and an older sister.
