Lauren Mable returns for her second campaign with the Lady Jacket track team and will compete in the sprints.....two-year starter for the women's volleyball team.....led 2003 squad in kills (549), digs (754) and service aces (57).....named NCCAA All-America First Team and to the American Mideast Conference South Division First Team.....earned NAIA All-American honorable mention.

2002-03 - Registered a school-record 7.47 effort in the 55 meter dash preliminaries of the NCCAA Indoor Championship....posted outdoor team-best efforts in the 100 meters (12.84; 2nd at Taylor Invitational), 200 meters (26.00; 7th at Akron Open) and 400 meters (59.24; 5th at Akron Open) last spring.....member of 6th-place 4 x 100 meter relay squad that set a season-best time of 51.54 at the Miami Invitational....finished 6th in the 400 meters at the AMC Championship with a 1:02.37 performance....recorded team-best indoor performances in the 200 meters (27.20), 300 meters (44.91), 400 meters (1:00.40; 2nd at NCCAA Indoor Championship) and 4 x 400 relay (4:17.43)....finished 9th in the 400 meter dash (1:02.35) at the Findlay Indoor Classic.....appeared in all 45 matches for the Lady Jacket volleyball squad as a freshman.....second in digs (578) and service aces (74) and fourth in kills (414).....named AMC South Division Freshman of the Year.

High School - Two-year letter winner in track & field at Conestoga Valley High School.....holds five school track & field records in the 100 meters (12.25), 200 meters (25.44), 400 meters (57.36), 4 x 100 meter relay (50.99) and 4 x 400 meter relay (4:02.68).....voted team MVP in 2002....finished 5th at the PIAA State Meet in the 100 meter dash (12.29) and the 400 meter dash (58.08).....earned two letters in volleyball and was named PIAA All-State Second Team in 2001.....team finished runner-up in the 2000 PIAA AAA State Tournament and placed 5th in 2001.
