Allie Smith returns for her third season with the Lady Jacket softball team and will provide solid starting pitching.....posted a 12-7 record last spring in 20 starts.....threw 122 2/3 innings with 107 strikeouts while allowing 27 earned runs for a 1.54 ERA....posted six shutouts to help set a school record of 17 on the season.....earned NCCAA Midwest Region All Tournament honors.....fired a career-high 10 strikeouts in a win versus Notre Dame College.....defeated Concordia MI twice during the 2004 NCCAA Midwest Region Tournament - both 7-inning complete games.

2003 - Appeared in 13 games as a rookie with five starts and one complete game.....posted a 4.62 ERA in 33.1 innings pitched.....recorded 22 strikeouts and allowed 14 walks.....had a 1-3 record including a one-hit, five inning 8-0 shutout victory against Notre Dame College.....posted the fourth-highest number of relief appearances in a single season with eight.

High School - Earned four letters at Flagler Palm Coach High School.....two-time All-Area First Team selection.....named Palatka Tournament MVP and was selected to play in the Senior All-Star Game.....threw the first perfect game in school history.....member of three-time conference championship squad and two-time district title team.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Carries a psychology major at Cedarville University.....born 10/19/83 in Daytona Beach, FL.....daughter of Clinton and Darlene Smith.....has one older sister.
