Tami Gheen returns for her final season with the Lady Jackets.....adds valuable experience to the squad.....appeared in 35 games with one start as a junior.....averaged 4.9 points and 1.7 rebounds per contest.....scored a career-high 14 points against Roberts Wesleyan in the opening game of the season.....grabbed a season-high 4 rebounds on three separate occasions.....recorded a team-high .781 mark from the charity stripe on 25 of 32 shooting.....registered double figures in scoring five times. 2002-03 - Played in 29 games as a sophomore with 10 starts.....averaged 3.0 points and 1.7 rebounds per contest.....registered a season-high 10 points and a career-high 7 assists in a victory over Wilberforce.....also grabbed a season-high 6 rebounds against Sioux Falls at the NAIA Division II National Tournament.
2001-02 - Appeared in 32 games as a freshman.....scored 101 points with 37 rebounds.....hit for a season-high 13 points in an AMC win over Notre Dame College.....made her collegiate debut by scoring 12 points in the season-opening win against Tennessee Temple.....garnered career-high 7 boards in an overtime loss at NAIA Division II No. 1 Shawnee State. High School - Produced a two-sport career at Piqua High School.....four-year letter winner in both basketball and volleyball.....scored over 1,000 career points on the hardwood and was tabbed Team MVP.....averaged 13.9 points and 4.8 assists as a senior while shooting .765 from the free throw line.....three-time All-Greater Miami Valley Conference selection including First Team honors as a junior and senior.....named District 9 Player of the Year her final season, All-Southwest District Third Team, and Dayton Daily News All-Area Third Team.....season and career record holder in assists on the volleyball court.....played on two sectional championship teams and one district title squad.....twice selected to the All-GMVC and All-District 9 teams.....named Piqua's Most Outstanding Senior Athlete.....U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar-Athlete.....National Honor Society student. Personal - Carries a multi-age physical education major at Cedarville University.....born 3/11/83 in Troy, OH.....engaged to be married to Yellow Jacket men's basketball player Anthony Delimpo in May, 2005.....daughter of Darryl and Beverly Gheen.....has one older brother.
