Katie Walter returns to the Lady Jacket soccer program for her third season of action.....one of six to start all 18 matches for CU last year.....registered a goal and two assists for four points on the year.....lone goal was scored in a season-opening 5-2 win at Ohio Northern.....key element in a stingy Lady Jacket defense that allowed 1.77 goals per game. 2002 - Appeared in all 20 matches with 16 starts as a freshman.....registered a goal and an assist for three points.....lone goal came in a season-opening 4-2 loss at Grace. High School - Experienced a four-sport career at Upper Bucks Christian High School.....two-year letter winner in soccer.....named Philadephia Union League All-Star and Team MVP in 2001 and 2002.....netted 18 goals her senior year and was third-highest scorer in Central and Upper Bucks counties.....member of the All-Intelligencer Newspaper Second Team in 2002.....four-year letter winner in softball and volleyball.....three-time league all-star in volleyball.....also played basketball.....valedictorian of graduating class.....National Honor Society student. Personal - Dean's List student as a middle childhood education major at Cedarville University.....born 5/31/84 in Allentown, PA.....daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Walter.....has one older brother, who played soccer at Moody Bible Institute, and two younger sisters.
