Deb Sweede returns for her second season with the Lady Jacket track & field program.....member of the NCCAA outdoor 4 x 100 meter relay championship quartet.....part of the group that captured the NCCAA indoor title in the 4 x 200 meter relay.....earned NCCAA Outdoor and Indoor All-America honors.....part of the 4 x 200 meter relay team that set a new school record with a 1:48.79 effort at the NCCAA Indoor Championships.....captured 3rd place at the Ohio Northern Indoor Invitational with a 7.92 effort in the 55 meter dash.....also took 3rd in the 100 meter dash at the Indiana Wesleyan Invitational with a time of 13.66.....season-best effort of 12.95 in the 100 meters was a 6th-place finish at the Yellow Jacket Open.....finished 8th in the 55 meters at the NCCAA Indoor Championships with a 7.72 effort. High School - Four-year letter winner in track & field at Greenbrier Christian.....ran career-best school-record 13.0 seconds in the 100 meters in 2002.....member of school-record holding 4 x 100 meter relay squad (51.4) in 2003.....also lettered two years in basketball, and one year each in soccer and volleyball.....student body president during senior year. Personal - Exercise science major at Cedarville University.....born 7/11/85 in Virginia Beach, VA.....daughter of David and Denise Sweede.....has three older sisters and one older brother.
