Phil Westenbarger is in his third year at CU after transferring from Ohio Wesleyan.....made seven appearances on the mound with a 1-0 record last spring.....pitched one inning of relief to get the win in an 8-6 decision over Notre Dame College.....NCCAA All-America Scholar-Athlete.
2004 - Led the pitching staff with 15 appearances in what was his first season of collegiate baseball.....pitched two scoreless innings and earned the victory in a 14-9 win at Bluffton.
High School - Graduated from Fairfield Union High School in 1997.....played four years on the diamond during his prep career with two letters.....member of two Mid-State League championship teams and two sectional title squads.....earned honorable mention recognition as a senior.....National Honor Society student.
