Josh Ohms returns for his second track & field campaign participating in the distance events.....joined the cross country program in the fall and competed in four varsity meets.....fastest time in the 8K was 28:32 at the Friendship Invitational.

2004-05 - Made two track & field appearances indoors before competing in nearly every outdoor meet.....best time in the 1,500 meters was 4:36.38 in the American Mideast Conference Championship.

High School - Participated in four seasons of track & field with three letters at Fremont Ross High School as a distance runner.....four-year letter winner in cross country.....member of Greater Buckeye Conference championship team as a senior.....served as a team captain.....National Honor Society student.....graduated with honors.

Personal - Carries an art major at Cedarville University.....born 2/8/86 in Fremont, OH.....son of Randy and LuAnne Ohms.....has a twin brother, Jay, who runs track at Taylor University.....also has a younger sister.
