Matt Dearden is running his first season of competitive cross country after earning four letters on the track at Trout Lake High School.....placed 7th in the state 1,600 meters as a senior and was 8th in the 3,200 meters as a junior.....team placed 4th in the state his final season.....school won three Greater Columbia League championships, three district titles, and one regional crown.....four-year letter winner in soccer and basketball.....team captain in both sports.....part of two league championship teams on the hardwood.....also member of two soccer conference championship clubs and one regional title squad.....valedictorian of graduating class.....student body president.....National Honor Society student.
