Lauren Mable returns for her final season with the Lady Jacket volleyball program.....one of four seniors on the 2005 roster.....appeared in 36 matches and 120 games last fall before suffering a season-ending illness.....finished second on the team with 688 digs and fourth with 320 kills.....recorded 56 service aces to become CU's all-time leader with 187.....became the 11th Lady Jacket to register 1,000 career kills.....named to the NCCAA All-America Second Team and the American Mideast Conference South Division Second Team.....ranks first all-time with 4.62 digs per game and second all-time with 2,020 career digs.
2003 - Appeared in all 45 matches and all 157 games.....led the team in kills (549), digs (754), and service aces (57).....pounded a career-high 26 kills against Palm Beach Atlantic at the NCCAA National Tournament.....recorded a career-high 34 digs versus Shawnee State.....hit double figures in kills 28 times and in digs on 37 occasions including 18 consecutive matches to end the season.....named NAIA All-America Honorable Mention.....NCCAA All-America First Team performer.....member of the All-AMC South Division First Team.....qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championship in both the 100 and 200 meter dashes as a member of the Lady Jacket track & field squad.....holds the CU record in both 100 and 200 meter dashes.....set the 100 meter dash record at the AMC Championships (11.99) to win the event.....earned NCCAA All-America honors and named to the All-AMC Team.
2002 - Appeared in all 45 matches and all 160 games.....second on the team with 74 service aces....also registered a team second-best 578 digs.....third on the squad with 414 kills.....recorded a career-high 19 kills in a match against Malone and hit double figures in 20 other matches.....named AMC South Division Freshman of the Year and was a member of the All-AMC South Division Freshman Team.....was also a member of the Lady Jacket track & field team.....posted team-best times in the 100, 200, and 400 meters, and as a member of the 4 x 100 meter relay squad.
High School - Produced a notable two-sport career at Conestoga Valley High School.....two-year letter winner in volleyball.....earned All-Pennsylvania (AAA) Second Team honors in 2001.....member of the PIAA District III and Lancaster/Lebanon League First Team.....team finished runner-up in the PIAA AAA in 2000, third place in 1999 and fifth place in 2001.....captured PIAA District III championships in 2000 and 2001.....led team in serve receiving (.926), serving percentage (90%) and digs (206) in 2001.....recorded 500 kills and 415 digs during high school career.....club team finished 18th in the 2001 national tournament while capturing first place in the Northeast Qualifier.....two-year letter winner in track......holds five school records.....team MVP in 2002.....finished fifth at the PIAA State Meet in the 100 meter dash (12.29) and the 400 meter dash (58.08).
