Jessica Thomas is back for her third campaign with the Lady Jacket soccer team.....started all 17 matches she appeared in last season.....registered four assists which was fourth-best on the squad.....notched two assists in the second match of the year - a 4-0 shutout against Roberts Wesleyan.....also added assists in a 5-0 win at Grace and a 2-1 decision over Ohio Northern.....key member of the CU defensive unit that posted school-record eight shutouts in 2004.

2003 - Appeared in 11 matches with two starts as a freshman.

High School - Three-year letter winner in soccer at Wheaton Academy.....team earned regional championships in 2001 and 2002.....captured sectional championship in 2001.....earned All-Conference First Team and All-Area Honorable Mention during senior campaign.....led team and area in assists (13) as a senior.....also a three-year letter winner in basketball.....earned All-Conference Second Team and All-Area Honorable Mention in 2003.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Social work major at Cedarville University.....born 4/15/85 in Winfield, IL.....daughter of the Honorable Judge Robert and Maggie Thomas.....has two older brothers.....father, currently an Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice, was a placekicker for Notre Dame (1971-73) and the Chicago Bears (1975-84).
