Brittany Simpson was a three-year letter winner in cross country at Kennebunk High School.....placed 4th in the state Class A state meet as a senior.....runner-up in the Western Maine Class A meet and achieved the SMAA Academic Excellence Award.....named team's Most Valuable Runner and was an SMAA All-Star.....state runner-up as a senior on the track in the mile run with a time of 5:08.....voted team's MVP and was an SMAA All-Star.....recognized as school's 2004-05 Female Athlete of the Year.....SMAA 1,600 meter champion as a junior.....also participated in basketball and softball.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Carries an early childhood education major at Cedarville University.....born 7/9/86 in Portland, ME.....daughter of Bill and Bev Simpson.....has one older sister and a younger brother.
