Matt Totten has been a two-year starter for the Yellow Jackets who returns for his third season.....ranked third on the club with a .314 batting average as a junior.....played in 44 games and made 42 starts in the outfield.....rated second with 37 hits and posted a .962 fielding percentage.....put together eight two-hit games.....assembled an eight-game hitting streak which was the second longest on the squad.....named to the NCCAA Midwest Region Team.
2005 - Appeared in 40 games as a rookie with 23 starts in left field and 13 more on the infield.....batted .244 with seven doubles, a homer, and 15 RBI's.....had five multi-hit games including three hits at Kenyon.....had three outings in which he drove in two runs.
High School - Played four seasons of baseball and earned three letters at Troy High School.....batted .300 as a senior.....recorded a team-high 110 at bats which was the 5th-highest single season total in school history.....member of 2004 league, district, and regional championship team.....three-year letter winner in golf in four seasons played.
Personal - Carries a criminal justice major at Cedarville University.....born 9/13/85 in Boulder, CO.....son of Jeff and Karla Totten.....has two younger sisters.
