Dan Atkeson comes to the Yellow Jackets following an outstanding career at Big Walnut High School.....four-year letter winner for the Golden Eagles.....two-time All-Ohio Capital Conference First Team selection.....averaged 74.4 strokes per 18 holes with six medalist honors as a senior.....posted a 9-hole average of 36.3.....carded a school-record 67 as a sophomore at the Apple Valley Golf Club which ironically is the course where CU plays in the annual NAIA Region IX Tournament.....member of Big Walnut's 2002 Ohio Division II state championship team.....two-time Player of the Year in the Heart-of-Ohio Junior Golf series.....graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Personal - Carries a business major at Cedarville University.....born 6/15/88 in Massillon, OH....son of Mark and Susan Atkeson.....has one younger brother.
