Justin Benz produced his best season ever in 2005 with a team-leading 13 goals for 26 points.....voted to the All-NAIA Region IX Team.....named to the All-NCCAA Midwest Region First Team and to the All-AMC South Division First Team.....scored a team-high four game-winning goals.....tallied all three goals in a 3-0 win versus Urbana.....found the net just 19 seconds into the match of a 4-0 decision at Tiffin.....had the lone goal in a 1-0 win at NAIA No. 17 Roberts Wesleyan.....scored twice in a 4-1 defeat of Belhaven.

2004 - Moved to a forward position and led the squad in scoring with a team-high six goals and an assist for 13 points.....netted the first goal in a 2-1 overtime win versus AMC foe Ohio Dominican.....scored in the second overtime at Mount Vernon Nazarene giving Cedarville a 1-0 AMC victory.....scored twice in three matches at the NCCAA National Tournament.

2002-03 - Started the 2002 opener as a freshman at Georgetown as a defender, but suffered a season-ending knee injury.....recovered to appear in seven matches as a sophomore.

High School - Four-year letter winner in soccer at Spruce Creek High School playing the sweeper position.....earned all-conference first team honors as a senior and was a second-team selection as a junior.

Personal - Carries a physics major at Cedarville University.....born 10/21/83 in Bellevue, WA.....son of Eric and Ellen Benz.....younger sister, Erin, is a sophomore at CU.....has another younger sister and a younger brother.
