Kurt Groman joins the Yellow Jackets following an exceptional track & field career at Bluffton High School in which he earned four letters.....three-time All-Ohio Division III performer.....member of 2006 state championship 4 x 400 meter relay team that turned in a winning time of 3:23.27.....part of state runner-up 4 x 800 relay unit that was clocked in 8:07.59.....both relay squads claimed regional championships.....helped lead Pirates to a 3rd-place finish overall in the state as a team.....Bluffton finished 4th in Division III in 2005 and was 9th in 2004.....posted career-best times of 1:57.67 in the 800 meters and 4:38 in the 1,600.....Team MVP.....Academic All-Ohio.....two-year letter winner in cross country.....earned two letters in football and was part of two conference title teams.....played three years of basketball.....Eagle Scout.....National Honor Society student.
