Aaron Griggs is a three-year distance runner with the Yellow Jackets.....appeared in two varsity cross country meets as a sophomore.....posted a career-best time of 29:34 for the 8K at the Miami Invitational in the season opener.....middle distance runner during the indoor and outdoor track seasons.

2004 - Ran in five varsity meets as a freshman.....had a season-best 29:42 at the Friendship Invitational.....competed in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor track & field season.

High School - Four-year letter winner in both cross country and track & field at Spaulding High School.....earned honorable mention recognition in both sports in all-star squads selected by the Times Argus newspaper.....cross country team captain who set the school record for five miles.....placed 10th in the state in the 3,000 meters on the track and was part of 4 x 800 meter relay team that set the school record.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Carries an electronic media major at Cedarville University.....born 8/23/86 in Berlin, VT.....son of Scott and Deborah Griggs.....has a younger brother as well as another younger brother and sister who are twins.
