Nicole Santos begins her first season of cross country after running on the track & field squad as a freshman.....qualified for the NAIA Indoor Nationals in the 3,000 meters and posted a preliminary time of 10:46.13.....had a season-best 10:45.0 to place 8th at the NCCAA Indoor Nationals.....finished 5th in the 10K outdoors at the NCCAA Nationals in a career-best 39:33.83.....also 5th in the AMC Championship.

High School - Completed a two-sport high school career.....homeschool student who was a two-year letter winner in track & field at Piscataguis Community High School.....placed 6th in the mile run and 8th in the 800 meters at the Maine state championships her junior season.....finished 5th in the mile and 7th in the 800 meters at state meet during senior campaign.....also a one-year letter winner in field hockey.....earned the Coach's Award both junior and senior seasons....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Dean's List student as a nursing major at Cedarville University.....born 8/29/87 in Dover-Foxcroft, ME.....daughter of Frank and Tracy Santos.....has one younger brother.
