Lydia Wong was a homeschool graduate and three-year varsity cross country runner at Northern York High School....two-time state qualifier.....placed 31st in the 2005 state championship as a senior with a time of 19:32 for the 5K.....cross country team captain.....two-year varsity track & field competitor.....posted career-best times of 2:17.86 in the 800 meters; 5:20.74 in the 1,600; and 19:06 in the 5K.....state qualifier in the 800 meters and 4 x 800 relay.
