Pete Kraus is back for his fourth season with the Yellow Jackets as an infielder.....started all 39 games in which he played as a junior with 35 of those at first base.....batted .231 with nine extra base hits and 16 RBI's.....recorded seven multi-hit games including three-hit efforts against Trinity International and Earlham.....went 3-for-6 with three RBI's in a 16-7 win at Earlham.....drove in two or more runs in a game five times.....posted a .991 fielding percentage out of 231 chances.....NAIA and NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.

2006 - Played in the first five games of the season as a sophomore before an injury sent him to the sideline for the remainder of the campaign.....made five starts and batted .250 with a triple and three RBI's.

2005 - Played in 23 games as a freshman with three starts....recorded two RBI's in an 8-1 victory against Shawnee State.

High School - Four-year letter winner in baseball at Liberty Christian Academy.....named league MVP as a senior and was an all-conference first team selection his final three seasons.....three-time Team MVP.....batted a career-best .538 as a junior and .456 as a senior.....picked up three letters in basketball.....voted to the all-conference first team and all-district third team.....three-year letter winner in soccer.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Dean's Honor List student as a pre-seminary Bible major at Cedarville University.....born 11/21/85 in Columbus, OH.....son of Jerry and Tina Kraus.....has one older sister.
