Tyler Rost comes to the Yellow Jackets following a four-sport career at Rootstown High School.....four-year letter winner on the baseball field.....named to the All-Portage Trail Conference Second Team as a senior and played in the PTC All-Star Game.....member of conference and district championship teams.....four-year letter winner in soccer and helped program to a pair of league titles.....earned All-PTC First Team and all-district honors.....played in the Northwest Ohio All-Star Game.....recognized as the 2005 PTC Player of the Year in soccer.....holds the school record for most goals in a game (6).....picked up three letters in basketball and two more in football.....achieved All-PTC and all-district honors in both sports.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Carries a sport management major at Cedarville University.....born 7/6/88 in Rootstown, OH.....son of Ron and Pam Rost.....has one younger brother.
