Taylor was a four-year baseball player at Patrick Henry High School and a two-year varsity performer.....assembled an outstanding senior year on the mound.....posted an 8-1 record with a 0.71 ERA.....struck out 66 batters in 49.1 innings pitched.....helped lead 21-5 team to its second straight Northwest Ohio Athletic League championship and to sectional title.....played in the five-county North-South All-Star Game in Bryan, Ohio.....played four years of football and was a member of the 2005 Ohio Division V state championship team.....part of wrestling program for one season.....National Honor Society student.

Personal - Carries a sport management major at Cedarville University.....born 4/3/89 in Bowling Green, OH.....son of Thomas and Lynette Taylor.....has three younger brothers.
