Daniel Rose is continually developing into one of the best and most intimidating post players the Yellow Jackets have ever had.....has played in all 62 games during his career and made 14 starts as a sophomore.....ranked third on the team in scoring at 10.5 ppg.....led the squad in rebounding at 7.9 rpg.....recorded 75 blocked shots which was just five shy of the school record.....rejected a school-record eight shots in a victory over AMC South foe Walsh.....his 134 career blocks ranks second all-time at CU.....tallied eight double-doubles.....pumped in a career-high 22 points in a win versus Bryan.....grabbed a career-high 13 rebounds three times.....totaled 18 points and 12 boards in a victory over Daemen in the Cedarville Invitational and was named Tournament MVP.....netted a game-high 16 points in an 84-81 win at NAIA Division I No. 9 Lindsey Wilson.

2005-06 - Cedarville's most improved player during his rookie season.....played in all 31 games and started four of the last seven games.....led the team in field goal percentage (.538) and blocked shots (59).....averaged 13 points and 8.3 rebounds in the last four games.....scored a season-high 20 points with 10 rebounds in an American Mideast Conference Tournament semifinal victory at Point Park.....had 14 points and 10 boards in a first-round win versus Urbana.....tied the school record with seven blocks and grabbed a season-high 12 rebounds against Wilberforce.....came to CU for the 2005 spring semester.

High School - Did not play high school basketball.....four-year member of the Buckfield United Basketball Club in his home country.

Personal - Carries a business management major at Cedarville University.....born 6/7/83 in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.....son of Winston and Gloria Rose.....has four brothers and two sisters.
