ENTRY PROCEDURES:  Unlimited entries - Go to DirectAthletics.com for all team entries.

ENTRY MARKS:  Please enter using a realistic performance for this time of year. Use metric marks for the field events.

TEAMS:  Unlimited entries - collegiate teams and post-high school athletes.

ENTRY FEE:  $125.00 per team (Men & Women $250.00); $15.00 per individual or unattached ($20.00 late registration). Make checks payable to "Cedarville University Track, 251 N. Main St., Cedarville OH 45314."

ENTRY DEADLINE:  Midnight, Tuesday, March 25, 2008.

PERFORMANCE LIST:  Posted on web on Wednesday prior to meet at http://yellowjackets.cedarville.edu.

SCRATCHES:  E-mail or phone by Thursday.

TIMING:  Automatic timing will be used.

IMPLEMENT WEIGH-IN:  To be determined.

ATHLETIC TRAINER:  Will be on site.

SPIKES:  1/4-inch pyramid only, 3/8-inch with recessed spikes - strictly enforced on all rubber surfaces.

FIELD EVENTS:  4 attempts no finals.

ATHLETE CONFIRMATION:  Must be done for 200, 400, and 4 x 400 relay about 45 minutes prior to event to allow for seeding.

TIME SCHEDULE:  Rolling.

STARTING HEIGHTS:  As needed - 6-inch increments for pole vault, 2-inch increments for high jump.

SCORING:  Team Scoring (college athletes only) 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.

RESULTS:  Will be posted as available and on web site ASAP after meet at http://yellowjackets.cedarville.edu.

HOSPITALITY:  Contintental breakfast provided for coaches and event staff.

AWARDS:  T-shirt for event winners provided by Ohio Army National Guard and trophies for team champions.

Facilities

  • Eight-lane all-weather granular polyurethane surface (48-inch lanes).
  • Automatic timing will be used.
  • Steeplechase pit located inside of track.
  • Two shot put rings inside stadium.
  • Discus cage inside stadium (NCAA legal).
  • Hammer cage next to stadium (NCAA legal).
  • Javelin runway next to stadium - same surface as track 13 x 120 ft. (1/4 pyramid only, 3/8 with recessed spikes).
  • Large apron for high jump - 174 x 115 ft.
  • Three long jump/triple jump pits - 10 x 24 ft. landing area with runways at a minimum of 160 feet.
  • Five pole vault plant boxes (to vault any direction); shortest runway is 130 feet.
  • Lighted stadium.
  • Press box.
  • Permanent restroom facilities.
  • Bleacher seating for approximately 2,500 fans.
