Rob Trennepohl returns to the cross country program after sitting out the 2006 campaign.....resumed running during the track & field season.....placed 5th in the American Mideast Conference 10K in 33:21.59.....turned in a 15:50.77 effort in the 5K at the Cedarville Open.

2005 - Appeared in five varsity meets as a freshman.....posted a season-best time of 27:18 in the 8K at the Louisville Classic as CU's #7 finisher.....placed 50th of 122 runners at the Cedarville Invitational in 27:21.....competed in two outdoor track & field meets in the 5K and 10K.

High School - Earned four cross country letters at Division I Fairfield High School.....three-time All-Greater Miami Conference selection.....part of 2002 league title squad that placed 5th in the state.....ran a career-best 16:45 in the cross country 5K.....four-year letter winner on the track.....earned All-GMC honors in the 3,200 meters as a senior with a personal-best time of 9:53.....member of 4 x 800 meter relay team that qualified for the regional.....three-time GMC All-Academic choice.

Personal - Dean's List student as a finance major at Cedarville University.....born 4/3/87 in Cincinnati, OH.....son of Bob and Sue Trennepohl.....older sister, Sheri, is a CU graduate.
