Charissa Rowe returns for her third softball season with the Lady Jackets.....appeared in 37 games with 32 starts last spring.....batted .210 with 15 runs scored.....added three doubles and a triple.....produced 26 total bases.....registered four stolen bases in four attempts.....went 2-for-3 with a run scored against Urbana.

2006 - Appeared in 35 games with 30 starts as an outfielder/designated hitter.....drove in a fourth-best 13 RBI's.....knocked in three runs versus Ashford..... scored 14 runs and totaled 22 total bases.....drilled a home run against Geneva.

High School - Had a successful two-sport career at Milan High School.....team captured the district championship in 2003.....earned all-region and all district honors as a sophomore.....named Monroe Evening News All-Region honorable mention.....summer team placed fourth in the USSAA (18-U) World Series in 2004.....finished second in the USSAA (16-U) World Series as a freshman.....also two-year letter winner in soccer.....named All-League Second Team during junior season.....sixth all-time in assists and 10th in career goals at Milan High School.....National Honor Society student and president of NHS.....student body vice-president.

Personal - Carries a history-political science & pre-law double major at Cedarville University.....born 9/14/87 in Ypsilanti, MI.....daughter of Wesley and Ann Rowe.....will play for her father, who is in his first year as head coach of the Lady Jackets.....has an older brother, an older sister, and one younger brother.
