Kylee Husak (pronounced HOO-shock) joins the Lady Jackets after a succsessful two-sport career at Mount Vernon High School.....should see plenty of action as a middle hitter for the Lady Jackets.....three-year letter winner in volleyball.....team captured conference championship title in 2005.....named all-conference first team for senior season.....played in area All-Star match.....named to the academic all-state team.....led squad in blocks both junior and senior campaigns.....posted 222 kills and averaged almost two blocks per game in 2006 season.....earned all-conference honorable mention for junior season efforts.....club team captured third place in the state of Iowa and participated in the national tournament in 2007 season.....three-year letter winner in basketball.....garnered all-conference honorable mention as a junior.....earned academic all-state mention as a senior.....National Honor Society student.....State of Iowa Scholar.

Personal - Spanish education major at Cedarville University.....born 6/13/89 in Cedar Rapids, IA.....daughter of Steve and Donna Husak.....older brother, Bryce, is a senior and member of the men's basketball squad at NCAA Division I Saint Louis University as a seven-foot center.....also has a younger sister.
